The following are advantages of High Velocity Firing:
1. Optimum heat transfer: Heat transferred to both side and end walls over full height of kettle walls.
2. High recirculation of furnace gases: Ensure even heating to kettle walls.
3. Extended kettle service life: Uniform heating and full utilization of available kettle wall area for heat transfer, with our technology, the life of kettle can be longer than 10 years.
Heating system: oil, natural gas, dual fuel. Fully automatic ignition.
Temperature control: Fully automatic with digital instrumentation.
Insulation: Bath – Special refractory brickwork
Heating chamber – lightweight low thermal mass insulation
Galvanizing Kettle:
The galvanizing kettle plate use special plate ranging from 40mm, 50mm, 60mm, 80mm according to customers requirement. But our engineer recommend 50 mm is perfect for galvanizing kettle.
