We introduce ourselves as knitwear manufacturer located in Central Europe ( U.E. ), in the city of Timisoara ( Romania ). We have established in 1993 as Romanian-German joint-venture and we have enhanced our quality and working skills producing for well known European labels such as SEVRES, H&M, BELLA, IN.EXTENSO, SPOT, FASHION PLUS, MANGOON, RIVER ISLAND, TOP SHOP, DOROTHY PERKINS, BAY TRADING, BHS, MATALAN, MONSOON, WALLIS, EWM, TOPMAN, LITTLE WOODS, C&A, KICKER’S.
In the meantime we also developed our own label and protected trade mark D’Alicia, which we sell now abroad Europe and in Romania ( also in Russia ). The reason why we are writing you is that we decided to sell the company. We are confident that a company like ours, with a solid presence on the European knitwear market ( both on CMT and own label markets), situated in a low costs part of Europe ( Romania being a new member of European Union ) can provide for any non european clothing manufacturer a very strong tool to penetrate with their own products.
