Laiyang Runfuxiang Oil Seal Co., Ltd (RFX), that is Laiyang Quanruixiang Plastic-Rubber Product Co., Ltd, founded in 2002, lies in Liayang City, Shandong Peninsula, which is famous for its pears. RFX£¬getting the soul of pear flowers, absorbing the sweet dew of Qilu, is located in Laiyang Economic Development Zone, which is respectively 90 km away from Yantai Airport and Qingdao Airport, with convenient transportation and super geographic location.
RFX is specialized in Rubber oil seals, PTFE seals, and polyurethane high pressure oil seals with research, development, production all in one. RFX covers an area of 27,482 m2 with 13,380m2 workshop. The annual productivity is 80 million pcs seals and 10 million pcs polyurethane products. The total working staff is 300, including 60 technicians, 6 senior engineers. RFX is equipped with advanced equipment, such as modeling, metal surface treatment, anti-errors in burden, refining rubber, PTFE sintering, vulcanization, edge trimming. RFX owns thorough processes in research, development, production, experiment and testing.
RFX has five product lines, such as reciprocating oil seals, revolving oil seals, valve oil seals, high pressure oil seals and polyurethane products, with over 700 different products. So far, the leading products are reciprocating oil seals and revolving oils seals, among which 5 products have got national patents. The products are mainly used in vehicle and motorcycle shock absorber, engine, vehicle bridge, gear box, auto air conditioner compressor, and high pressure oil seals used in different engineering machinery. The main buyers are FAW Group, Dongfeng Group, Volkswagen Group, Weichai Group, Ankai Motor, Foton Motor, Jinbei Motor, Doosan Engineering Machinery, and so on. RFX is also a partner of many internal professional absorber producers, such as Tianjin Tiande, Zhejiang Zhengyu, Sichuan Ningjiang, Chengdu Jinding, Chongqing Zhongyi, Jiangmen Haojue, Jiangsu Mingxing, zhangjiagang Zhenglong, and so on. Parts of its products have exported to US, Japan, Korea, Southeast Asia and other foreign markets.
