4. SELLER ISSUES A FULL CONTRACT
5.BUYER AND SELLER SIGN AND EXCHANGE CONTRACTS..
6.SELLER PROVIDES A PROOF OF PRODUCTS WITH BUYERS CHOICE.
7.LOADING ALWAYS DONE IN THE PRESENCE OF BUYERS AND THIS IS MANDATORY AND A MUST .
Terms of payment:
1.IRREVOCABLE L/C, TT
2.UNCONDITIONAL BANK GUARANTEEOF FIRST CLASS WORLD BANK.
3.100% ADVANCE PAYMENT AND DELIVERY FOLLOWS NOT LATER THAN 21 WORKING DAYS FROM THE DATE WHERE CONTRACT WAS SIGNED.
All the above condtions can be subjected to a change based on BUYER AND SELLER AGREEMENTS.
