we need to purchase: product: hms (high melting scrap) 1 & 2: 30,000mt qty. or smaller vessels. min. quantity available - full vessel load (whether 30k or smaller vessels). price per mt. origin of the material. port of loading. whether yearly contract available, if so then what is the price? procedure: we are the end buyers & lc openers, our final terms are non negotiable. our procedure is as follows: 1. loi & fco will be exchanged between the buyer & seller. 2. contract would be signed. 3. buyer will provide soft probe authorization and seller to offer either proof of product via bank to bank or inspection of materials. 4. seller to provide 2% performance bank guarantee. 5. buyer will provide non operative lc, which will activate the pbg of the seller if non operative pbg is provided by the seller. 6. buyer to authorized to inspect the materials. 7. buyer's lc will be activated after inspection. 8. materials are shipped as per schedule and buyer's representative to be authorized to be present during inspection. 9. materials shipped and documents submitted to bank for payment by seller. ================ we understand these terms are difficult for brokers, they can be executed only by yard owners, end sellers or mandates of the seller, hence only these parties contact to conclude the deals asap. any qty. can be picked up based upon the final price negotiation.
